THE FINE PRINT
Minimum 10 Days in Advance Required for Private Party Reservations. Full Event payment is required at the time of reservation, unless booking Late Night Private Package.
Any cancellation of your event will result in the loss of your payment, unless proper notice of 5 Business Days is given, then only a $150.00 cancellation fee will be applied to your refund.
You may Reschedule your event to avoid any Cancellation Fees.
No Outside Food or Beverage is Permitted in the Building, Scheduled Party Packages May Bring Birthday Dessert Only.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, as well as Tap to Pay services.
All Guests 3 & Above must be included in the Guest Count for Private Events, this includes Non-Skating Adults. Children 2 & Under do not need to be included in Guest Count.
NO GUM, Outside GLOW Items, Candy/Food Items or CONFETTI is allowed.
