The Rink
Over 11,000 square feet of smooth-rolling fun lined with plenty of seating, featuring state of the art lighting and all your favorite jams. Choose from classic roller skates or rollerblades with wrist guards available for extra protection at no extra charge.
For our Young & Beginner Skaters
Adjustable skates
Our littlest skaters will benefit from learning on adjustable skates so make sure to wear your favorite gym shoes. These skates allow children to move through three stages: Stage 1 allows children to walk in the skates to get a feel for them, in Stage 2 the wheels only move forward, and finally Stage 3 is freewheeling fun! Adults are welcome to walk with their children on the skate floor. We just please ask that you wear tennis shoes on our wood floor.
Skate Mates
Our Skate Mates allow children to become confident in roller skating. They help children balance and learn to skate independently and come in multiple sizes based on the height of the child. Rent for an additional cost.
The Roller Cafe
Fuel up between skates at our delicious in-house cafe serving all your favorites: pizza, soft drinks, soft pretzels, nachos, and more!
The Arcade
Take a break from the skating fun and play some games! Choose from win-on-the-spot prize games and arcade classics where you win tickets.
The Stuff Shop
Now that you have all those tickets from being awesome at our arcade games, pop by the Stuff Shop and pick out some cool goodies to take home. Buy some Glow-In-The-Dark products to make the Glow Skate experience even more fun!

Woman-owned and operated since the 1940’s, but we’ve been in the United Skates rink since 1997! While we are located inside of the rink we’re a separate business altogether. This makes us the perfect shop, because if ever there’s a problem with your skate during a session, you can just roll on into us and let us help you out. Each of our employees is a skater with the right knowledge to get you started or help you along your skating journey. With over 1,000 items to choose from skating at just $3, with skates, wheels, gifts, and all the trimmings, we’re the BEST stocked skate shop in the south!
